We curate and introduce prospective buyers to vetted international real estate developers, operating under the EXP Realty license umbrella. We are not a party to any purchase, sale, or development agreement between you and a developer, and we do not act as your broker unless separately agreed in writing.

3. No fee to buyers

Buyers pay nothing to DSH for introductions made through this site. Any compensation we receive is arranged on the developer side.

4. Listings and developer information

To protect the developers we work with, property titles and details on this site may be generalized or anonymized. Listing information — including pricing, availability, specifications, and imagery — is provided to us by developers and other sources, may change without notice, and is shared for general information only. We do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free.

5. Not investment, legal, or tax advice

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice. International real estate carries risk, and laws, taxes, and financing differ by country. You are responsible for your own due diligence and should consult qualified professionals before making any decision.
