The Marquesa Palace refurbishment project truly embraces its ancient design and goes a step further, creating harmonious interior spaces and units with the option of strategic blocking. The Marquesa Palace building is being fully modernized into 16 luxury residential units. The apartments vary between 70.85 and 143.85 m2, with 1 and 2 bedroom units.
